I'm currently reading Laocoon's Children 2, and I was very intrigued by the fostering you had the Altairs and the Blacks do. I suppose you're aware of the fact that exchanging children was extremely common in the Old Irish society, as attested in the stories, e.g. Táin Bó Cualnge and Scéla Muicce Mac Dathó, and they have forever problems with the split loyalties that creates. *g* (I was the one asking for Celtic themes and motifs in R/S stories a while back over at remusxsirius.
