See, I don't get the interest in J2 at all, not even remotely. I watch Supernatural for the characters in the show. Most J2 is just original fic with chars that look hot, but that's all it is. It isn't Supernatural and I don't understand what's supposed to be so interesting about it.

If all I wanted was two hot guys, then there'd be hundreds of other fandoms that can give me the exact same thing.

I watch Spn for Sam, Dean and Cas and much as I hate wincest to the core, it's still not half as boring as J2 is to me.
