I have to say if I were a writer I'd be writing Castiel's arc above Sam's too. It's way more interesting.

I tried before to get into SPN and couldn't do it; Dove lured me in with promises of Castiel, because while Dean and Sam are both perfectly fine characters the dynamic between them doesn't really modulate that much, ever, and incest is an immediate, no-exceptions turn-off for me.
