Reading your stories makes me wistfully nostalgic for the days before books five, six and seven, when I was young enough to believe that everything in HP canon would turn out okay and that all my favourite characters would live happily ever after. Thanks to this story (which I'm re-reading again for the umpteenth time - I don't know if you remember, but I'm the 'comfort reading' girl :) ), I feel completely in love with Remus and Sirius which, especially in the latter's case, was something I thought impossible (I'm a Snape girl at heart).

So, not for the first time, I wish these characters were real, exactly as you write them :) Brilliant story.
