It bothered me tremendously, if only because I had to make the supreme effort to appreciate post-HBP R/T fanfics (that were not yours). I still have to, in fact, just because it was so random. I remain vaguely convinced that Remus/Sirius is canon and Remus/Tonks is a trick, but not because I'm a strict puppyshipper. Rather, it's because Remus/Sirus makes more sense in the canon than Remus/Tonks does.

I feel bad cos I get the impression she just threw R/T in there to dissuade the puppyshippers, which is terribly arrogant of me but still a festering thought. And it's not because I desperately want Remus/Sirius to be true, but rather because Remus/Tonks failed in convincing me.
