Wiki says drugs don't affect him either, but I've got a Captain America TPB that says otherwise (he spends time in a lab where they fumigate you with psychotropic truth drugs to debrief undercover agents after long deep-cover missions, to make sure they got everything right, and the drugs worked a little too well on him). So you know, it's all about how you mess with canon :D
