You really captured the dynamic of the Superman/Batman title, the two of them partners and equals, balanced, trusting--yet the lack of history throws us back to an earlier period in comics. There's a kind of dreamy sensibility, sort of like an old black-and-white movie, beautiful and universal. I loved all the plays on dark and light--Dusk City, how perfect is that? And I love Dusk City for what it is, the perfect safe space for them, where they could be themselves without the costumes interfering. It fits right in with DCU's place names.
