I will add that I LOVED that Peter said that line, that he isn't hand-waving the power/consent issue. And truth be told, in real life, I'd wish for him to adhere to that, as being in a truly one-down position in a power dynamic, as Neal is (Peter has real power over him, that Neal does not have the option to withdraw consent for), Neal really can't consent freely. That said, please to continue to go where you're going with it, because, dayyum, it's hot. And the hotness can be as hot as it is because there is also a very clear lightness to this story -- in the sense of a light enough touch to say, "this is storytelling, not a primer on Fed/felon relationships." And I can live with that. (really, I'm good. *grin8) :)
