Well, I can only imagine it's hard coming in as the third partner to two people who've been together for ten years, and Neal does love symbols :D

I read a fic where Neal got his tracker off and bought a bracelet with a GPS in it for Peter to put on him, but he doesn't seem to me like a jewelery sort of guy. At this point the dynamic is a little lighter because Peter HAS to track him and Neal has to wear the anklet and a mis-step with the anklet means prison for Neal. Voluntarily submitting to that kind of thing is different; I'm not sure how they'd work it out. I'm toying with some themes over this in S2, which I'm currently working on.
