You can't find it on YouTube; it didn't run on tv--it was live streaming from the USA website, and USA has been on the ball when it comes to taking stuff down on YouTube. A few intrepid souls managed to find ways to dig through code to page to code to page to code to find the source videos, and they were available for download from some of the White Collar lj communities.

The streaming version is still at the White Collar website.
