For about two weeks before the penultimate episode of Season 1, the official White Collar website solicited questions for Matt and for Tim from the fans. The questions were filtered, and good (read: not crazy) ones were chosen by WC staffers. Questions were printed up on cards; Tim got cards with questions for Matt, and vice-versa. They then filmed a one-hour back-and-forth interview which streamed live on the night "Front Man" aired (the penultimate ep.)

Almost immediately, it strays from the goal (Matt starts out asking Tim a question that is clearly *not* on the card), and it kind of wanders about from there, occasionally coming back. They are instantly 100% committed to one another when one decides to play out a fiction.
