My brain is going in so many different directions -- I love your idea, but it occurs to me that Neal and Peter would make extremely good Torchwood agents, too :D

And yeah, Barrowman and Bomer both have long-term partners, though that's generally got round in fic....Barrowman has said things on a few occasions that, while not indicating they're in an open relationship or that he's unfaithful, he has a very relaxed attitude towards fucking around. :D
