Omg, how did you know that my favorite Doctor Who fics are all about crossing timelines and falling in love with someone you'll fall in love with in the future? :P

No honestly, I adore this, and I can't wait to see where it all goes and how Ianto and Lo meet.(Wow, thank goodness you gave each timeline-version of Jack his own name or this would be confusing) But there were moments with Levy-Jack and Ianto which make me think that this is CoE compliant, because I got the impression that Levy remembered a lot more than he let on, or looked it up, especially with that last scene.
