I rarely read Torchwood fic, so I don't have much to base it on, but I'd be willing to say that this is probably one of the best ones out there. Possibly because it is filled with my favorite character. Ianto Jones FTW.

I loved this, and would love to see this done on the show, even though I know that they'd screw it up royally. The characters were perfect, especially the Doctor. I flailed a little at his perfection in this.
