Much of it has to do with my level of trust in RTD, which is low, and my level of trust in American television, which is lower. We had a perfectly decent Torchwood already; most dramas, especially genre-dramas, imported to America from the UK tend to suck hard.

That's not to say they shouldn't make it; just that my interest level in watching it is zero.
