Heya, found this via a rec, and it is indeed awesome. I love, love, love your final chapter and the way you've managed to incorporate all three of the favourites for replacement Torchwood staff.

Some of your rules especially made me laugh a lot, and I loved the scene where they decided to hire PC Andy, and Jack hair-ruffling him.
