Yeah, House s1 really had no right being that awesome. :D But -- well, X-Files, for example, had a relatively terrible first season and became a very Torchwoody cult classic. I don't agree that Firefly is awesome, but there's no doubt it had a rocky first/only season :D I could go on if I had better memory....
