To be honest I don't have very solid accents for them -- for their actual accents I was going off one hour-long interview with David Tennant and two minutes of hysterical Scots laughter on the Torchwood blooper reel, both scrounged off YouTube. Barrowman's bidialectical though, so he can downshift between accents easily.
